Senior Associates:

BrightLegal Advocates is looking forward to engaging and retaining Senior Associates (Advocates) for our practice in corporate and commercial laws.

Qualification:

The candidate should be a qualified advocate (LLB), desirably having a PQE of 3-4 years, with a passion for learning and practicing a variety of laws, excellent communication skills, and experience in client management.

Engagement Profile:

The engagement would primarily involve:

• Advising clients on various corporate, commercial, technology, and regulatory laws.
• Client management and dispute resolution support.
• Litigation (drafting pleadings, replies, appeals, petitions, etc. before various forums).
• Handling investigations involving multiple agencies.
• Researching and writing articles/white papers.

There will also be opportunities to represent clients before various forums, based on the candidate’s experience and the case requirements.

Fees – The fees would be as per professional standards.
